This program is designed to be enjoyable and supportive. There is a focus on eating well and we will have a forum for participants to share, discuss and support one another during the program.
This is not a quick fix program rather it is intended to encourage participants to change their lifestyle while having fun, making friends and sharing ideas with like-minded people.
It is for all levels of fitness with exercise variations depending upon fitness, flexibility, medical history etc. I will be there to assist and advise you on alternative exercises, just let me know what the difficulty is and I will come and help out.
There is a strong focus on technique, there is no point doing even 10 squats if you’re not doing them properly, the more you engage the intended muscle groups the better your results will be.
This is not the kind of program where you get yelled at and hassled into completion but it is a program where you are pushed to reach your potential.
